During the five months in Connecticut America last year, the students in the international exchange program group of ASSNU came to know more about American local cultures by going on a trip with their host family and teachers; taking part in friend’s birth day party; celebrating holidays with their host families; having lessons with American students and so on.
         One of the exchange program students, Mu Jia said that his oral ability got great improved through daily communicating with his host mother and father, he came to know the way that Americans think and act which he found there were much differences between Chinese and Americans under such various culture background. And now he learned how to do and think according to American ways to adapt and adjust himself to the new living circumstances.
         Another girl student, Liu Danyang felt that she enjoyed the subject of Fine Art very much and liked the way the teacher taught, in which students’ imagination got trained enough through analyzing the features in the works and imitating the substantial objects to draw pictures and paintings, sometime, the teacher of Fine Art develop the outdoor activities.
         The other girl students, Wang Lingdan, enjoy going shopping with her host student called Rebecca a lot.
