The teachers are the most important aspect in running schools.
        The young teachers have high academic credentials, more than 95% of them hold bachelor degrees and some hold master degrees. Scores of young teachers were rewarded first prize for teaching in the district, municipality and province levels respectively. Some were rewarded on different levels by SNU, others achieved first prize for excellent directors of Fine arts and dancing, still others have become excellent from-masters in Huang Gu district and pacemakers in SNU. One teacher here took part in “the Excellent Chinese Young Teachers for Japan Delegation” program.
